Issue/Introduction

Symptoms:


SAML configuration does not work correctly.

Environment

VMware Smart Assurance - NCM

Cause

SAML Authentication configuration is incomplete. Additional steps must be taken to provide a working SAML Authentication setup.

Resolution

To enable SAML authentication in Network Configuration Manager, please follow the steps in the attached guide.

The issue has been resolved in 9.4.2 patch 7. Please review the 'ReadMe' Guide for more details.
