Issue/Introduction
Third-Party Management Packs that are networking, converged/hyperconverged, other hypervisors, container, public cloud, connectors, database, big data, and applications based, cannot be installed on vRealize Operations Standard Edition.
An example of this type would be the Dell EMC VxRail Management Pack for vRealize Operations.
vRealize Operations Standard Edition does however allow simple Compute and Storage based Third-Party Management Packs to be installed.
An example of this type would be the Cisco UCS Manager Management Pack for vRealize Operations.

Resolution
Currently, vRealize Operations Standard supports 15+ Third Party Management packs that are compute and storage based.
Check with the Management Pack vendor to verify if how the Management Pack is based.
