Issue/Introduction

VMware is announcing the End of Availability (EOA) of VMware vRealize Operations Management Pack for Care Systems Analytics (CSA) effective November 4th, 2021.  After this date, vRealize Operations Management Pack for CSA will no longer be available for support renewal.  General Support of this MP will continue only for existing customers until 11/3/2022, but only for EPIC API version Pulse 2018.

Resolution

We are disappointed to announce this end of availability, but after many months of negotiations with Epic we were unable to reach an agreement to access future APIs needed to maintain a quality product for our customers.
