V2T migration failed on host migration with error-code 10230

Issue/Introduction

• You're in the process of a V2T host migration.
• The High Availability update is failing on NSX-V edge node.
• You observe the following log entries under /var/log/migration-coordinator/cm.log

Environment

VMware NSX-T Data Center

Resolution

Starting NSX-T 3.2.3 and 4.1.1, NSX-V edge health-check is preformed before migrating and in return a warning feedback would be issued to the user that NSX-V edges are not in good state. Then user can try restoring NSX-V edge health and retry V2T migration.
