Event ID: connectivity_to_ldap_server_lost

Alarm Description

• Purpose: This alarm is raised for connectivity to ldap server lost
• Impact: NSX IDFW will not be able to sync directory group/user data with AD server.

Resolution

Steps to Resolve

For 3.1.0 and higher

Recommendation:

• Check the LDAP server is reachable from nsx nodes.
• Check the LDAP server is running correctly.
• Check if any firewalls blocking connection between the LDAP server and NSX nodes.
