NSX multiple overlay transport zone configuration in a Host Transport Node in NSX 4.X and on wards is not allowed

Issue/Introduction

NSX version 4. x introduces a check error when trying to configure two Overlay Transport Zone into an ESXi Host Transport Node, error below:

Prior to NSX version 4.x, the configuration of two Overlay Transport Zone was allowed in an ESXi Host Transport Node's host switch, it was tested in version 3.2.1.0 and 3.2.2.0

Additional Information:
The configuration has never been supported by Datapath and the check error was not added until version 4. x and onwards.
Only one vdl2 instance is created per HostSwitch so it can span over only one Overlay Transport Zone.
The HostSwitch can still span over multiple VLAN Transport Zones.
