Issue/Introduction

Event ID: communication.manager_cluster_latency_high

Alarm Description:

• Purpose: To check and detect when the latency between Unified Appliance (UA) nodes gets too high.
• Impact: Services which require inter-node operations and are sensitive to latency between UA nodes might be affected.

Steps to Resolve

For 3.1.0 and higher

Recommendation:

• Ensure there are no firewall rules blocking ping traffic between the Manager nodes. If there are other high bandwidth servers and applications sharing the local network, consider moving these to a different network.
