Issue/Introduction

  • VMware NSX for vSphere
  • There are issues deploying new NSX components such as Edges, Logical Switches, etc.
  • NSX Manager root filesystem is full
    # show filesystems
    /dev/root 5.6G 5.6G 0 100% /
    devtmpfs 7.9G 0 7.9G 0% /dev
    tmpfs 7.9G 132K 7.9G 1% /run
    /dev/sda6 44G 20G 22G 48% /common

Environment

VMware NSX for vSphere 4.x

Cause

This issue may occur due to an issue with the log rotate status file.
