NSX-v manager root partition is full causing new deployments to fail

• There are issues deploying new NSX components such as Edges, Logical Switches, etc.
• NSX Manager root filesystem is full
  # show filesystems

Environment

VMware NSX for vSphere 4.x

Cause

This issue may occur due to an issue with the log rotate status file.
