To resolve this issue, upgrade to vRealize Operations Manager 8.1/8.1.1 available at Broadcom Support Portal.
The Solution PAK can then be reinstalled with only the Install the PAK file even if it is already installed option.
Workaround:
To work around this issue in vRealize Operations Manager 6.7, 7.0, 7.5, 8.0.0, or 8.0.1, reinstall the Solution PAK checking both Install the PAK file even if it is already installed and Reset Default Content options.
