Enabled Scheduled Tasks run without privilege checks

Issue/Introduction

Tasks scheduled to run in future, single or multiple occurrence, will run without privilege checks.

Cause

This issue occurs due to Scheduled Tasks not having an active user session when started causing all privilege checks to not occur.

Resolution

Currently, there is no resolution.

Workaround:
To workaround this issue, Schedule Task.Create Privilege should not be assigned to non-admin users to prevent a potential escalation of privileges.
