USB Network do not support networking configuration restore on ESX/ESXi hosts

Issue/Introduction

Symptoms:

• ESX/ESXi provides the USB network devices support as the interface to manage vendors' host server over iDRAC/iLO/IMM, without the support of USB network device networking configuration restore on those ESX/ESXi hosts.
• When the server reboot, the network configuration(for example IP address) for the USB network devices will be lost

Resolution

All the hardware vendors provide the plugin for management and configuration of the USB network device on the server, which can be easily installed for USB network device configuration.
