[VMC on AWS] SRM actions after SDDC upgrade or certificate updates

Issue/Introduction

• During SDDC upgrades or SDDC certificate replacement cycles SRM/VR will require an on premise administrator to trust the newly configured VMC vCenter certificates. 
• The VMware team will perform all needed actions on the VMC side of the SRM/VR configuration however our team do not have access to the on premise appliances to perform this required action.

Resolution

• In order for vSphere Replication functionality to continue, the on premise SRM/VR administrator will need to perform a reconfiguration of the VR pairing from on-prem site and accept the new VMC vCenter/PSC certificate.
• Until such reconfigure is performed, replication traffic from on-premise to VMC will continue, however replication management commands and UI will not be functional.
