[VMC on AWS] Unable to Deploy I4i Instance Type after Conversion from Trail to Paid Subscription

Issue/Introduction

To detail a known issue that can happen when an ORG converts from trial to paid customer.

Symptoms:

• A VMC customer was previously setup using the Trial option for VMC, but has since converted to a paid subscription.
• Attempting to deploy a VMC SDDC does not allow for selecting the i4i.metal instance type.
• The customer received a banner error relating to "The selected configuration is either unavailable or has some capacity restrictions"

Cause

The ORG properties are misconfigured for the ORG, blocking i4i.metal instance type deployments.

Resolution

Engage VMware Support and request the ORG properties be fixed.

Workaround:
Deploy the SDDC/Cluster using a different instance type.

Additional Information

Impact/Risks:
The customer will be unable to deploy a new SDDC/Cluster using i4i.metal instance type. They will be able to deploy other instance types without issue.
