Issue/Introduction

Symptoms:
After making a change to BGP settings on a non-global segment using the new UI, users may experience network failures or outages.
After saving, you may notice other segments with different settings.
Using the classic UI does not cause this issue.

Environment

VMware SD-WAN

Cause

This is tracked under Issue #108833
When configuring BGP of a non-global segment using the new UI, the Orchestrator sends the same block of configuration to the other segments due to to incorrect settings of BGP value.

Resolution

This issue is resolved in SD-WAN Orchestrator 5.1.0.3 Patch release R5103-20230315-GA. For information on how to upgrade please check the following article: https://kb.vmware.com/s/article/67152

Workaround:
To workaround this issue while the VCO is upgraded, you should apply any BGP changes using the Classic UI of the SD-WAN Orchestrator.
