Symptoms:

• Virtual machine power on or vMotion migration might fail due to an ESXi host invalid state.
• You see error, similar to:

            The operation is not allowed in the current state of the host

Resolution

The issue is resolved in vSphere 6.0 U3, available at VMware Downloads.
