Failback configuration of an ESXi host is displayed incorrectly in the VMware Host Client

Symptoms:

The VMware Host Client displays incorrect Failback configuration on the ESXi host.
If the Failback is configured for Yes, it behaves as if it configured for No.

This issue is resolved in VMware vSphere 6.5 Update 1, available at VMware Downloads.
