Issue/Introduction

How to change the username from the Active Directory username to email address for the directory users.

Resolution

In order to set the username as the user's email address, the username attribute should be set to UPN. In order to do this:

1. Navigate to directory service, and then go to the user tab
2. Change the attributes for the username to UPN
3. Once you have done this, usernames for all the user on the console will change and they will have to enroll their devices again
