Issue/Introduction

  • You are unable to locate the VMware vSphere Web Client virgo logs
  • The C:\ProgramData\VMware\vSphere Web Client\serviceability directory is missing
  • The Web Client log bundle wizard does not contain any virgo logs

Resolution

This issue is resolved in vCenter Server 5.5 Update 3f, available at VMware Downloads.

To work around this issue, reinstall the Web Client service with English language selected.
