Cannot configure firewall rule expectedly in VCSA6.5

Issue/Introduction

To order the firewall rule in your expected order.

Symptoms:

• When vCenter Server Appliance 6.5 has the firewall rules which order number is greater than #10, if you change the order of rule, rule having order number greater than #10 are inserted automatically next to the rule order #1. After finishing to changing the order, they are renumbered as order #2 unexpectedly.
• The order listed in IP table is also changed unexpectedly.

Resolution

This issue is resolved in VMware vCenter Server Appliance 6.5 Update 3, available at VMware Downloads .

Workaround:
To work around this issue if you do not want to upgrade, delete the rules inserted into after order #1, and make the same rule as order #10 again.
