This article provides the roles definitions, creation of the VMware Customer Connect Learning (VCCL) account for coordinators and steps for activation, future access to Digital Learning Content, and performance tracking on VCCL for subscription users.

Subscription Coordinator
Creating a VMware Customer Connect Learning (VCCL) account
If the designated Subscription Coordinator of the VMware Success 360 Digital Learning subscription does not have a Learning account, they can follow the steps below to create a Learning account and sync their details. ·
Once logged into Customer Connect , the subscription Coordinator only needs to click on Learning Tab, and then click on Learning Home, as shown below
Please note that for the subscription registration in the system, only the Learning account of the Subscription Coordinator is required. The Subscription Users who will be enabled with VMware Success 360 Digital Learning may create their Learning account at a later stage in case they do not have one yet.
