Issue/Introduction
Symptoms:
A report run against a custom Chargeback Manager hierarchy returns no CPU, Memory, or Disk Read/Write data for one more objects in the hierarchy. A report run directly against the same object that previously returned no CPU, Memory, or Disk Read/Write data returns the correct data. The custom Chargeback Manager hierarchy includes objects from multiple vCenter servers.
Resolution
This issue is resolved in VMware vCenter Chargeback Manager 2.5.1, released on June 11, 2013.
To workaround this issue if you are not able to upgrade, create multiple custom hierarchies, each containing objects from only one vCenter Server, or run the necessary reports directly against the object(s) that returns no CPU, Memory, or Disk Read/Write data from the top level of the hierarchy. For more information on creating multiple custom hierarchies, see the vCenter Chargeback Manager User Guide .
