To work around this issue if you do not want to upgrade:
Open the registry editor on your IaaS Server(s).
Navigate to: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Cryptography\Configuration\Local\SSL\00010003
Edit the Functions and add RSA/SHA512 to the multi-string.
Restart the IaaS Server(s) and test.
Note: This procedure modifies the Windows registry. Before making any registry modifications, ensure that you have a current and valid backup of the registry and the virtual machine. For more information on backing up and restoring the registry, see the Microsoft Knowledge Base article 136393.
