Issue/Introduction
Symptoms:
When a DVS is configured with multiple active uplinks (two or more), a SR-IOV passthrough adapter connected to the DVS might not communicate with other non-SR-IOV adapters (such as vmxnet3 and e1000) in the same DVS.

Resolution
This is a known behavior in ESXi 5.5 and above.
To workaround this issue, use one of the below options:
1. If a DVS is configured with multiple active uplinks, use only SR-IOV passthrough adapters or only non-SRIOV adapters. Do not mix them in the same switch.
2. Use only one active uplink.
