Note: TypeError: Error #1009 is a generic error, this article covers the entry at com.vmware.ui.relateditems::RelatedItemsManager/processObjectRelationSetSpec().

Cause

This issue occurs because the vRealize Orchestrator plug-in for vSphere Web Client does not support vSphere Web Client 6.5. For more information, see VMware vRealize Orchestrator 7.2 Release Notes.

Resolution

This is a known issue affecting the vSphere Web Client.

This issue is resolved in vRealize Orchestrator 7.3, available at VMware Downloads.

If you cannot upgrade, to avoid this issue manage, vRealize Orchestrator workloads through API's or the JAVA client.

The vRealize Orchestrator plug-in can also removed to avoid this issue. For more information, see Cannot remove or disable unwanted plug-ins from vCenter Server and vCenter Server Appliance (1025360).

Note: This removes the interface for vRealize Orchestrator from the vSphere Client.
