Smarts SAM Global Console does not display properly in dual-monitor configuration
In Smarts SAM Global Console viewed on a monitor configured with a dual display, right-clicking a notification on one screen displayed the Context menu on the other screen

Resolution

To resolve this issue using sm_gui, run the following command in the command line prompt

sm_gui -Dcom.smarts.dualMonitor=true

This command can also be added as a flag in the following Smarts console properties files:

• Global Console: <BASEDIR>/CONSOLE/smarts/local/conf/properties.conf
   
• Dashboard: <BASEDIR>/CONSOLE/smarts/tomcat/webapps/templates/dashboard.properties
  
  
• WebConsole: <BASEDIR>/CONSOLE/smarts/tomcat/webapps/webconsole/webconsole.properties
