Environment

VMware Smart Assurance - SMARTS

Cause

The neighboring system of the device has not been discovered. Ionix IP/Smarts IP cannot display properties for a neighboring system of a device or the Connectedvia relationships if the neighboring system has not been discovered and is not present in the Ionix IP/Smarts IP Domain Topology.

Resolution

To see Connectedvia relationships or neighboring system information on a neighboring device in the Ionix IP/Smarts IP Domain Topology, discover the neighboring device so that it exists in the topology.
