Resolution

You can use sm_edit to modify one of the ics-<DOMAIN>-default.xml files in BASEDIR/smarts/conf/ics. 

Once you have saved the modified file, run the below command from SAM/smarts/bin to import the xml file into the running SAM domain.

<BASEDIR>/smarts/bin/sm_config -s <SAM> import --force ics-<DOMAIN>-default.xml
