Symptoms:
Certain traps are not being received by the Smarts trap adapter.
A packet sniffer shows traps are being received on port 162, but the Smarts trap adapter is not processing these traps.

Environment
VMware Smart Assurance - SMARTS
Cause
The trap is missing enterprise, agent address, generic-trap ID, and a specific-trap ID due to trap being sent as V1.
Resolution
The trap should be sent to the Smarts Trap Adapter in V2c to ensure that enterprise, agent address, generic-trap ID, and the specific-trap ID exist on the trap payload.
