Why is your port not being monitored in Smarts IP Availability Manager?
If a port does not have anything connected to it, by default it is not instrumented in AM and will not be monitored/polled. The attribute IsConnectedtoSystem will be set to false and we will not monitor the port.
You can set the Managed State to EXPLICITY_MANAGED and reconfigure. This will create the instrumentation class and the port will be polled/monitored.
