How can I configure incremental reconfigure in Smarts IP Availability Manager?

Environment

Smarts - 10.1.x

Resolution

Incremental reconfigure is configured using the following parameter in the tpmgr-param.conf configuration file: 

ThresholdofChangedUCSForIncReconfig

The default value for this parameter is 10. If the value is left at the default value, then incremental reconfigure will run if the number of last discovered UCS (Unitary Computer Systems) is less than 10, otherwise Bulk reconfigure will run.

This parameter is not used if reconfigure is invoked from the Console.
