VXLAN Transport and the Transport Zone are showing "Internal Server Error"

Issue/Introduction

Symptoms:

• After the upgrade from NSX for vSphere 6.2.x to NSX for vSphere 6.3.x or 6.4.x, Clicking on the VXLAN Transport and the Transport Zone are showing "Internal Server Error".
• The Host preparation shows VXLAN as not configured .
• In the NSX manager Log file, you could see entries similar to: 

WARN DCNPool-8 XvsServiceImpl:368 - Unable to find mapping for domain-c7.

VMware NSX for vSphere 6.2.x

Resolution

This issue is resolved in VMware NSX for vSphere 6.3.7.

Workaround:

To work around this issue if you do not want to upgrade, file a support request with VMware Support and quote this Knowledge Base article ID (50112218)  in the problem description.
