Log files Locations:

• dmesg - tool that output the errors that occur.

• fw monitor – built-in tool for capturing network traffic at the packet level. The FW Monitor utility captures network     packets at multiple capture points along the FireWall inspection chains for more information go to olutionid=sk30583&partition=General&product=Security

• fw ctl zdebug + drop - The fw ctl zdebug drop lists all dropped packets in real time and gives an explanation as to why the packet was dropped.

• /etc/ , /etc/, /etc/ – this logs gather information on the setup of the SVM. If the SVM was not configure correctly, you can check this logs for more information.
