NSX is uninstalled from all of NSX Cluster after upgrading NSX Manager to 6.4.5 or later.

Issue/Introduction

Symptoms:

• You upgraded NSX Manager to 6.4.5 or later.
• You use vCenter Server 6.0.
• All of NSX clusters are uninstalled. You might see "Not ready" status for clusters where DRS is not fully automated mode.
• All of Guest Introspection and 3rd solution services are uninstalled.
• You can see messages in eam.log during NSX upgrade similar to:

Extension removed with key com.vmware.vShieldManager. Destroying all agencies created by that extension

Cause

This is the expected behavior in NSX 6.4.5 and VC 6.0 environment.
From NSX for vSphere 6.4.5, NSX Manager is changed to reregister extensions with VC for more reliable process. Because VC 6.0 destroys agencies which are associated with the old extension during this reregistration, all of NSX clusters, Guest Introspection and 3rd solution services are uninstalled.

Resolution

Workaround:
Re-install NSX, Guest Introspection and 3rd solution services to clusters.
To avoid the uninstallation, you can upgrade VC to 6.5 or later before NSX upgrade.
