Issue with upgrade from VxRail version 7.0.100 to 7.0.101 on VCF 4.1.0.1

Issue/Introduction

This is an informational KB to let customers know that this is a known issue

Symptoms:
1. After successful application of VxRail bundle 7.0.101 on management domain, the bundle continues to show as available for upgrade.

2. Starting upgrade with VxRail bundle 7.0.101 on a workload domain results in error.
   Following exception is observed in LCM log.

Environment

VMware Cloud Foundation 4.2
VMware Cloud Foundation 4.1

Cause

Issue is observed because of partner bundle metadata for VxRail 7.0.131 bundle

Resolution

This is a known issue.
No resolution as of now.

Workaround:
Disconnect SDDC Manager from depots
1. Login to SDDC Manager UI
2. Navigate to "Repository Settings" under "Administration"
3. Click on "Disconnect" for Vmware and Dell EMC depots

Cleanup metadata for VxRail 7.0.131 bundle
1. Login to SDDC Manager via SSH
2. Switch to root
3. Run the bundle cleanup utility to remove the bundle from SDDC. 
   /opt/vmware/vcf/lcm/lcm-app/bin/bundle_cleanup.py VXRAIL7-0-131-26875681DL102694_VXRAIL_COMPOSITE-7-0-131-26875681_for_VCF_only-zip

Complete upgrades on all workload domains and then reconnect SDDC Manager to depots
