Steps to manually remove WLD from SDDC Manager after a failed WLD Deletion attempt.

Issue/Introduction

When trying to delete a workload domain in SDDC manager, the delete fails. The following symptoms may be observed:

• The initial WLD deployment was incomplete or partially failed.
• The system is unable to delete a WLD from the SDDC UI, and all other attempts to remove the WLD from the SDDC manager fails.
• Deleting a workload domain from the SDDC manager fails.
  • The "Removing Domain" task from VCF may be failing on subtask ''Delete SSO User".
• Manual cleanup of WLD from SDDC Manager DB and vCenter SSO may be required.

Impact/Risks:

HIGH - The steps provided in the workaround involve multiple changes to the SDDC Manager database and vCenter SSO. Incorrectly executed commands, commands with incorrect data, have the potential to cause irreparable damage to the VCF Environment. Please do not proceed without taking a snapshot of the SDDC Manager VM, and ideally, a full file-based backup of the SDDC Manager.
