False positive alert "Firewall rule is masked by preceding rules" in Aria Operations for Networks SaaS

Issue/Introduction

To provide information on a known issue

Symptoms:

The alert "Firewall rule is masked by preceding rule" is detected even though target firewall rules have no duplicate properties mutually.

Cause

There is a problem while trying to fetch Policy Group's IP members from VMC NSX. The issue will only occur for VMC deployment.

Resolution

This will be fixed in Aria Operations for Networks SaaS 6.12 release.

Workaround:

There is no workaround. These alerts can be disabled or archived as required.
