[VMC on AWS] Failed to subscribe to the VMware-curated Microsoft software repository with error 'The remote library is not reachable.'

Issue/Introduction

Symptoms:
When subscribing to the VMware-curated Microsoft software repository by creating a subscribed Content Library, it fails with error 'The remote library is not reachable.'

Cause

Subscribing to the VMware-curated Microsoft software repository requires vCenter Server Appliance on SDDC to access the Internet.

Resolution

As the default Management Gateway firewall rule denies all traffic, ensure that Management Gateway Firewall allows outbound traffic from vCenter Server Appliance on SDDC.

If default route (0.0.0.0/0) is advertised to SDDC, ensure that traffic from vCenter Server Appliance on SDDC is not denied on the network where default route goes through.
