[VMC on AWS] Unable to activate Windows Server Evaluation version and Essentials

Issue/Introduction

Symptoms:
When the activation script (Activation.ps1) is run on Windows Server Evaluation version or Essentials, the following error is generated.

Windows Evaluation and Essentials are currently not supported as part of SPLA licensing.

Cause

Activation of SPLA licensing supports neither Windows Server Evaluation version nor Essentials.

Resolution

To resolve this issue, run the activation script on Windows Server other than Evaluation version and Essentials.
