Symptoms:
When enabling vSAN iSCSI for the very first time on the vSAN cluster, if the "Authentication" is set to "CHAP", the enablement might fail with error messages like "Cannot complete the operation. See the event log for details. <snipped> message = '_CreateHomeObject failed, error is Failed to validate Set'"
