Issue/Introduction
Symptoms:
CNS operations with vSAN datastore may fail and you may see core.vsanvcmgmtd-wor in vCenter in /storage/core when CNS operations happen in high concurrency.
For example, if there are 16 K8sClusters and there are 32 VolumeOperations in each cluster, this issue will be observed.
Users VolumeOperations fail with error message "Error: POST "/vsanHealth": 503 Service Unavailable"

AuthData may be null in cases where vpxd is busy
Resolution
Lower the CNS operation concurrency
