Stale file handle errors on NFS shares when creating/renaming directories

Issue/Introduction

This issue can be very easily reproduced and may cause disruptions in the customer environment.

Symptoms:
On the NFS client the end-user will see a "Stale file handle" error message when creating/renaming directories

Environment

VMware vSAN 7.0.x

Cause

This issue is caused by an internal caching module used by vSAN File Services. So, it is specific to vSAN File Services implementation.

Resolution

Upgrade vCenter/ESXi to version 7.0U3c, On-disk format to version 15, and FSVMs to version 1.3.0
