Issue/Introduction

Symptoms:
Running NSX Central CLI command "show vm" fails with "Error 2502:RPC request timed out."

Cause

If the cluster is prepared for NSX but the Distributed Firewall is not enabled on the cluster, the command fails.
As the firewall component is not loaded on the  ESXi host, the command cannot query firewall information of any VM on the ESXi host.
This is an expected behavior.
