Azure Machines are deployed with extra 0s in the hostname inconsistent with the Assigned Machine Prefix

Cause

This is expected behavior.

Resolution

VMware is aware of this issue.

A resolution for this issue is being evaluated for inclusion in a future release.

There is no work around currently.
