IAAS-service missing from vRealize Automation 7.x Appliance Management interface Services tab

Issue/Introduction

Symptoms:

• IaaS-Service is missing from the Services tab
• All content previously available within the Infrastructure tab is missing within the vRA portal interface.
• Cannot Load Reservations, view Machines on Item tab or edit Blueprints
• Under the Items tab, an error of "Service not found. If the problem persists, contact your system administrator" is seen.
• Under Items > Machines an error of "Error while retrieving resources from provider [Infrastructure Service] for resource type [Machine]." is seen.
• The iaas-service has recently been unregistered and re-registered.

Cause

Unregister was clicked when the iaas-service was selected on the Services tab in the vRealize Automation VAMI
