Tenant administrator loses permissions to manage items under Directories Management in vRealize Automation 7.x

Issue/Introduction
Symptoms:
When you remove directory containing a tenant administrator and add back the directory to vRealize Automation, you experience these symptoms:
- Tenant administrator in that directory loses permissions to manage items in the Directories Management.
- You see the error:
User is not authorized to perform the task
Environment
VMware vRealize Automation 6.x
VMware vRealize Automation 7.2.x
VMware vRealize Automation Desktop 6.2

Cause
This issue occurs because user permissions are lost when the directory is re-added.
Resolution
To work around the issue:
- Log in as Administrator to the default tenant.
- Open the Tenant with corrupt users and select the Administrators tab.
- Remove the corrupt users from Tenant administrators.
- Click Finish.
- Open the Tenant for edit.
- Add the users back as Tenant Administrators.
- Click Save.
