This is a known issue affecting VMware vRealize Business for Cloud 7.4 and above with vRealize Automation 7.x.
Currently, there is no resolution.
Workaround:
To work around this issue:
- Log in to the appliance using this URL: https://<vRB_Domain>/itfm-cloud/vraLogin.html. Use vRA tenant, user id and password.
- Upload the CSV.
