After upgrade from vRealize Automation 7.1, "Request a resource action" workflow throws an "Unknown field" error during Reconfigure or other IaaS Day 2 actions

Issue/Introduction

Symptoms:
"Request a resource action" workflow throws an "Unknown field" error after upgrade from 7.1 when calling IaaS actions such as "Reconfigure".

Environment

VMware vRealize Automation 7.3.x
VMware vRealize Automation 7.4.x
VMware vRealize Automation 7.5.x

Cause

The action form does not contain all required fields and the plugin is not able to match the inputs.

Resolution

This issue is resolved in vRealize Automation 7.6.

Workaround:
Use the "Request a resource action with a request template" workflow or upgrade to vRealize Automation 7.6.
