vRealize Automation Adater stops working after upgrade to vRealize Automation 8.2

Issue/Introduction

Symptoms:

• Running vRealize Operations Manager 8.1
• Recently upgraded to vRealize Automation to 8.2
• vRealize Automation adapter stops collecting
• Validate Connection returns the error "Unable to login to CAS system using provided credentials"

Cause

This issue is caused by a recent change in vRealize Automation

Resolution

This issue is resolved in vRealize Operations Manager 8.2

Additional Information

Impact/Risks:

• vRealize Automation adapter will stop collecting after upgrading to vRealize Automation to 8.2
• New adapter instances will not connect to vRealize Automation
