Issue/Introduction

During the deployment of the Cloud Extensibility Proxy, it is possible to include an internet proxy as part of this configuration you can specify the networks to be excluded from the proxy.

The goal of this article is to specify the required format in order to avoid deployment failure.


Resolution

The Cloud Extensibility Proxy deployment will fail if the networks to be excluded are specified in the following format: network/mask, for example:
  • 10.0.0.0/8
  • 172.16.0.0/16
  • 192.168.1.0/24

Note: If the required format is not used, the docker Dameon will fail with the following error.
