Issue/Introduction

Symptoms:
When adding NSX security tags within the vRealize Automation blueprint designer, not all tags are listed

Environment

VMware vRealize Automation 7.5.x

Resolution

This issue is resolved in VMware vRealize Automation 7.6.

Workaround:
To work around this issue:
Note! This procedure updates the EndpointInterfaceTypeId to 'NSX' thus allowing theĀ UI query to properly return the tags.
  1. Browse to the NSX endpoint under Infrastructure/Endpoints
  2. Open each NSX endpoint and change the password to be an invalid password and click OK.
  3. Next change credential back to valid one, click OK again.
  4. Complete a Network and Security Data collection for each compute resource.
  5. Add a Security Tag to a blueprint to see if they are all available now.
